- I am an Information Technology professional with over twenty-five years experience. For the past 10+ years, I have been a trusted adviser, consulting with customers, troubleshooting their HP-UX problems, and managing their expectations. My strengths also include creatively using collaborative software like blogs and wikis, to share best practices, to inform others, and to keep up with the latest issues.
