Biography
I grew up in Oyster Bay and was the first member of my family to go to Hofstra. Never having seen the campus before orientation, Hofstra owned me from the day I first drove past the Lions. When fall rolled around and all of the new undergraduates went to the Student Center for the new student convocation, I remember vividly being struck by the poise and maturity of my peers, who were also being welcomed to campus. My first feeling was delight and I knew that I was way ahead of the curve already.\r\n\r\nI also remember having a conversation with a senior who was in the process of successfully starting his own business. I remember thinking how far off and impossible that seemed for me. Little did I know then that two years later, as a junior, I would be that same guy and having that same exact conversation with an incoming freshmen on that same stage. I had become the Hofstra man that I was so impressed by just two years earlier. That was the moment I realized that Hofstra had given me the ability to achieve any height, no matter how daunting it may at first appear. It is the standard of excellence that Hofstra holds for itself and its graduates that is my biggest asset taken from my experience. The unwillingness to accept an outcome if you know more is possible, the inability to stand down from a challenge, and the knowledge that hundreds of thousands of others are approaching the world with that same spirit that is how Hofstra has given me an edge. Knowing that you can make the world better and that there are others with that same base is something that Hofstra can create like no other. Nothing in this world of a grand scale can be accomplished without teamwork, and the Hofstra team is the best I've encountered. I want to remain a member of that team, and so I am a member of the Hofstra Network.

"Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure... than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much, because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat."

The first thing you find out about Jeff is that he is a seasoned businessman way beyond his years.

Innovation and originality are his specialties. He can take a simple idea and make it a reality in record time. Most importantly he is constantly looking for more efficient and ground breaking ways to improve a project and/or function, while keeping the broad scope of an entire company on track.

Jeff has been an incredibly talented asset in leading MyWorkster down a successful path. I'd recommend Jeff to lead any team to it's pinnacle.
